Q. What are the differences between executive and administrator? Elaborate it.
Answer :
Executive is an umbrella term. In modern state it deals with formulation, implementation and monitoring of the public policies but Administrator traditionally has to deal only with the implementation part.
Although with growing complexities of the modern states the administrators are also involved in policy formulation.
